He had not called us back after finishing up a project he told us he would come back to finish cleaning up. He never gave us a time frame, so we told him if he could come back the next day, he said, “ no problem.” We called him the next day in the at 10 am left a message. He never returned our call. I am very disappointed. We will no longer hire this Krae.

The Day Krae was supposed to do estimate he was running late. Called us past the time but felt he should have called us earlier so we weren’t waiting around. When done with the job I noticed the driveway had a lot of debri. He said his blower battery had died and he would come back later. Come 5 pm we called and said we had waited and had stuff to do, could he come back tomorrow. He said no problem. We then called him the next day and asked him what time we should expect him. He never called us back. We won’t be using his services again.
